Shafts based on ST52 machined rolled round or calibrated round in F-111, F-114 or special steels
on demand. - Seamless tubes or perforated bars ST52 of different diameters and thicknesses according to needs.
Side and inner discs made of sheet metal of different thicknesses according to loads and tube lengths,
electrowelded to the shaft. - Side finish in natural steel, zinc plated or on request painted with the desired RAL and externally;
vulcanized in autoclave.
Drum or counterdrum driving or return. Possibilities of tubes from diameters D160mm. up to D600mm. and calibrated shafts up to D250mm. hot vulcanized by autoclaving with different materials on request; food rubber, natural rubber, polyurethane, etc …
