Motor Roller and Anti-clog Cleaning Roller
Our main objective is to continue working to offer our clients effective solutions with great applicability in industrial sectors of various kinds, to improve their transport processes.
Under this premise we have designed two new products, our Motor Roller C-1 and anti-clogging cleaner.
Motor Roller MC1
The Motor Roller C1 is a motorized roller used to mechanically drive any intralogistics conveyor, prepared to work at high temperatures. The roller – conveyor connection is carried out by means of a cable with a standard M8 4-pin connector.
This drive roller is equipped with a 24V / DC Brushless motor integrated into the structure of the roller itself, without the need for brushes.
In addition, it has an external controller card that allows us to verify data such as: working temperature, speed and even the series, date and manufacturing number, at all times which will facilitate the control of incidents as well as the diagnosis in case of failure.
Anti-clogging Cleaner
The Anti-clogging Cleaning Roller is specially designed for cleaning under the belt in those applications in which a normal cleaning roller, due to the nature of the material to be transported, stickiness or adherence to the belt, does not achieve the necessary effectiveness.
The arrangement of the Helical steel rods welded on other equally steel straight rods, form a cage specially designed so that in its rotation it causes the cleaning of the belt without the material being transported adhering to the surface of the roller, as it usually happens in other similar rollers on the market, but in which the rod is welded directly on the main tube, causing the clogging of the roller and consequently, a decrease in cleaning effectiveness.
