You can’t even imagine where your rollers and conveyors might end up. From our factory in Puente Genil to—who would have thought?—becoming part of an art installation somewhere between Madrid and New York.
Our technical and sales departments handle all kinds of projects—some enormous and complex, others simple and routine—but they all tend to have one thing in common: they are designed to move goods from one place to another as part of a production process with no greater aim than efficiency and precision.
However, this year, we have been very proud to work on a project that breaks the mold for a very special client.
Take BAÜP, for example—an industrial automation and digitization firm based in A Coruña that specializes in the design and implementation of monitoring and control systems, industrial systems integration, and robotics—and something we believe sets them apart: the creation of projects that blend art with cutting-edge motion technology.
In fact, this cutting-edge studio has already produced several artistic works, such as the opening piece for the Generalitat Valenciana’s “Robotics and Computational Thinking” event, titled“Codi i Moviment.”
That’s why, when this conveyor project was brought to our engineering department by this particular client—given the finishes they requested and the machine’s intended purpose—we knew it was something special.
These are projects that make you proud of what you make, because you know that, in some way, you’re helping to evoke an emotion in people—and that’s encouraging in the industrial sector, which tends to be much colder and more lifeless.
A huge thank you to BAÜP for trusting us and choosing us for such a wonderful project.
