IMC Gravity Roller<\/strong> Conveyors transport products manually or by gravity. They are mainly used for assembly and picking lines. They include straight and curved sections, roller ball tables and complement integrated systems.<\/p>\n

Straight gravity roller conveyor:<\/strong> it is used as an assembly line and preparation of orders, since it moves the merchandise without drive.<\/p>\n

Gravity roller curve:<\/strong> changes the transport direction of the goods. The conical rollers with PVC coating keep the orientation of the merchandise between the sides.<\/p>\n

IMC AR Motorized Roller Conveyor<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

IMC motorized roller<\/strong> conveyors transport products automatically. The material can be transported over long distances effortlessly and can be found in a multitude of applications.<\/p>\n

Within the motorized roller conveyors we can find straight, curved motorized roller conveyors, input or output conveyor and aligning or alignment roller conveyor.<\/p>\n

Straight roller conveyor:<\/strong> with the help of a PLC, it transports goods in accumulation without pressure. Each autonomous section is driven by a roller motor connected to the other rollers with polyV belts.<\/p>\n

DC curve roller conveyor:<\/strong> with the help of a PLC, it changes the transport direction of the load. Its conical rollers keep the orientation between the lateral faces. Each section is driven by a roller motor connected to the rollers through polyV belts.<\/p>\n

Inbound or Outbound Conveyor:<\/strong> Uses the conveyance flow gaps. This annex allows to evacuate or introduce merchandise from a straight conveyor using a diverter.<\/p>\n

Alignment or alignment roller conveyor:<\/strong> redirects the merchandise diagonally with respect to the direction of transport to one side, bumping into a special guide for this purpose.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
